SCS met with Rob Anderson, founder and CEO of Ipros to understand the issue: - 'The problem is we have a compliance solution that can assist in many different arenas, from Financial Services to Food Hygiene.' 


SCS undertook a fast market review, short-listed three market areas whilst considering the strengths and weaknesses already inherent within Ipros and it's network and customers. 


As a result SCS identified Residential and domiciliary care as a key market with growing demand and pressure being applied for better compliance from the regulator - CQC.  The application was packaged, the messaging aligned and the go to market strategy agreed within 6 months and during this time Ipros has secured 3 new customers and over £100k in added revenues. 

In 2014 Ipros Cube Ltd, a small vendor with a unique compliance framework solution was looking for direction - a market where the value would be appreciated and utilised.
